FOUNDERS
Eng. Kadri Al Ghetani
Kadri Al Ghetani began his career over 35 years ago as a consultant to The<br /> General Authority For Reconstruction Projects & Agricultural Development.<br /> During his career, he worked as a main construction contractor on the Housing<br /> Initiative projects launched by the Egyptian Ministry of Housing. He also<br /> collaborated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the construction of several<br /> official stadiums and youth centers in the governorates and hotels for athletes.<br /> He worked on several projects with mega companies such as The Arab<br /> Contractors. Kadri worked as a developer on many residential, touristic and mix<br /> use projects of different scales and purposes.
Eng. Samih Al Kishawi
Samih Al Kishawi has worked for more than 35 years in one of the leading companies in the<br /> field of real estate development in the Middle East. He has advanced in his career over the<br /> years and now he holds the position of COO of said regionally renowned company. Samih<br /> started investing in the real estate market 10 years ago in industrial, service, residential and<br /> commercial projects through Al Omraneya Company for real estate investment. His<br /> expertise and knowledge have resulted in many successful projects that stand as proof of<br /> his mastery in his professional field.
Mr. Ali Al Shahhat
Ali Al Shahhat started his career as a real estate lawyer. Then he embarked on<br /> working in the real estate development business as a field of preference and<br /> interest, a journey that lasted for 40 years and counting. He began by working on<br /> divisions of land and creating neighborhoods, an area of the business where he<br /> excelled and fast became an expert. Ali is one of the main experts who<br /> contributed to the new divisions of Mansoura city as we see it today. 10 years<br /> ago he started working in the construction business; an initiative that led to him<br /> being one of the founders of SAK.
These pillars have been the reason why SAK developments logo is captured from the “crown” – symbolized with its three pinnacle points representing: solidity, authenticity, knowledge respectively – which are a true classification of SAK leadership.
