In January 2018, SAK Developments was officially established with the purpose of uniting the genius calibers who had collaborated in affiliation for decades. This step created a professional umbrella that combines the wisdom and experience of the first generation with the creativity and innovative vision of the second generation.

Kadri Al Ghetani began his career over 35 years ago as a consultant to The General Authority For Reconstruction Projects

& Agricultural Development During his career, he worked as a main construction contractor on the Housing Initiative projects launched by the Egyptian Ministry of Housing. He also collaborated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the construction of several official stadiums and youth centers in the governorates and hotels for athletes. He worked on several projects with mega companies such as The Arab Contractors. Kadri worked as a developer on many residential, touristic and mix use projects of different scales and purposes.

Samih Al Kishawi has worked for more than 35 years in one of the leading companies in the field of real estate development.

Samih started investing in the real estate market 10 years ago in industrial, service, residential and commercial projects through Al Omraneya Company for real estate investment. His expertise and knowledge have resulted in many successful projects that stand as proof of his mastery in his professional field.

Ali Al Shahhat started his career as a real estate lawyer. He then embarked on working in the real estate development business.

He began by working on divisions of land and creating neighborhoods, an area of the business where he excelled and fast became an expert. Ali is one of the main experts who contributed to the new divisions of Mansoura city as we see it today. 10 years ago he started working in the construction business; an initiative that led to him being one of the founders of SAK.
